Employees of Vanderlande Industries are inquisitive and eager to learn. This is encouraged by the company by continuously investing in the development of its employees. To support this development, Vanderlande Industries has its own training department, the Vanderlande Academy. The Vanderlande Academy is the point of contact for all the training courses which our employees follow. It is the umbrella under which the training activities are organised.

What does that mean? Below are a number of examples:

  • Giving information and advice with regard to training
  • Organising training courses
  • Giving training (for example, about the Vanderlande Industries systems, the software which is used in the systems, but also in social skills or languages)
  • Offer online training courses in the virtual learning environment

Besides organising training activities, the Vanderlande Academy is also always in contact with colleges and universities, because that is also where potential new employees are located. This has resulted in cooperation at various levels. Examples include graduation thesis assignments, work placements and projects.
