Application procedure

At Vanderlande Industries, we believe in a thorough and quick procedure which allows both the applicant and Vanderlande to form a good opinion of each other.

The standard procedure consists of two interviews, a reference check and a terms of employment interview. During each interview, you, the applicant, will meet a number of different people. You will speak to somebody from recruitment, the manager of the department and a future colleague.
