Due to the continued expansion of the London Office, we are looking to recruit a Test Manager, working within the Operations Group. The key objective of this role is to plan and execute integrated test activities.
Function

Creating a plan for a detailed integration step

Managing a test team
-
Performing detailed integration activities
-
Understanding system design (SSS, SSDD, IRS)

Performing acceptance tests
-
Producing acceptance test documentation (TDS)
-
Analysing problems and creating clear problem reports
-
Reporting progress to the Integration Manager
Your profile
-
Degree essential, Software Engineering discipline preferred
-
Experience of controls engineering (PLC or database engineering)
-
Ability to lead and manage a small team
-
Knowledge of integration strategies, test strategies and techniques
-
Good understanding of development and configuration management processes

Knowledge of simulation and software architecture concepts
-
Previous experience of working within an international organisation

Ability to analyse and communicate effectively

Able to identify risk
