Department

Due to the continued expansion of the London Office, we are looking to recruit a Test Manager, working within the Operations Group. The key objective of this role is to plan and execute integrated test activities.

Function

• Creating a plan for a detailed integration step
• Managing a test team
• Performing detailed integration activities
• Understanding system design (SSS, SSDD, IRS)
• Performing acceptance tests
• Producing acceptance test documentation (TDS)
• Analysing problems and creating clear problem reports
• Reporting progress to the Integration Manager

Your profile

• Degree essential, Software Engineering discipline preferred
• Experience of controls engineering (PLC or database engineering)
• Ability to lead and manage a small team
• Knowledge of integration strategies, test strategies and techniques
• Good understanding of development and configuration management processes
• Knowledge of simulation and software architecture concepts
• Previous experience of working within an international organisation
• Ability to analyse and communicate effectively
• Able to identify risk
