Function

  • Prepare, execute and report service calls.  Advise and execute optimization of systems
  • Manage the service takeover process of each project
  • Manage warranty requests and warranty improvement programs in North America
  • Participate in development of new products, focused service ability and reliability
  • Execute Health Checks and Customer Consultancy
  • Technical start up support for project ad customer services
  • Train customer and internal service teams
  • Control and propose improvement for quality of service process
  • Develop service supporting tools and means

Your profile

  • Minimum of 7 years Material Handling Experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and controls (PLC. PC) systems
  • Project service and parts background with customer orientation and good verbal and written skills
  • Pro-active with keen decision making ability
  • Willing to travel 20% to 50%
  • Stress resistant and not easily discouraged
  • Self confident and eager to learn with ability to think creatively.
